Favorite ZARA dress!

I recently went on my seasonal shopping spree to Zara and boy, did I find a ton of amazing things!! What I love about Zara is that the clothes are not only fun and unique, but you can fill 3 shopping bags and not break the bank!

How gorgeous is this dress?! It is so simple and chic, but the little details such as the contrasting black belt and slits on the side and front of the dress make it a lot more fun! It's perfect for so many occasions....graduations, dinner dates, Sunday brunch...the list goes on and on. For accessories, I grabbed this gorgeous necklace from Perch Denver/Perch Vail. This necklace is a show stopper and adds so much to the look. Final touches, an oversized silver clutch from Perch Denver/Perch Vail and suede nude block heels from Aldo.

Best Summer Black dress!

I know Summer is supposed to be full of bright colors and patterns, but I still love to wear all black sometimes (are you surprised?!). It's easy, sophisticated, and all black looks great with a tan! So, I found the best black dress ever...and a leather jacket (yes, you can wear leather in June!).  Paired with simple black heels and silver clutch, and voila, you have an awesome early Summer look!

I found this amazing dress at Aritzia. I was a bit skeptical when I tried it on, considering the midi length, fitted fabric and um....my age!! ....but I was blown away by how comfortable and flattering the dress was! This dress is also so versatile. It can be worn, with heels, flip flops, wedges and even a denim jacket! But for my look, I decided to go a bit edgier! I love leather jackets and this one is from Aritzia (and at a great price!). Many think leather jackets can't be worn in Spring or early Summer and I say they are wrong! A leather jacket is a perfect layering piece for that cool spring/early summer night or restaurant with crazy, blasting air conditioning! Accessories: black sandals (similar) and a silver clutch.

Rent the Runway!

I tried out Rent the Runway for the first time a few months ago and I loved it! I was curious, though, if I just had "luck" my first go around or if this hugely successful website had more to offer me. So, I decided to find the perfect graduation dress for all of you moms, aunts, and friends of grads out there!

What I love about this dress is that it will work on a variety of women and for multiple occasions (not just graduation). It is sophisticated and girly with the bow detail, but is sexy too because of the shorter length. I kept the accessories in a neutral palette with suede Aldo block heel sandals, pink tassel earrings and a gorgeous August Designs clutch!

I love jumpsuits!

I really love jumpsuits. They are such a nice alternative to a cocktail dress and also a perfect weekend, casual look! When it comes to jumpsuits, I look for a few key things before I'm ready to hand over my credit card. 1) does it have pockets??...I LOVE pockets. 2) Color: I always buy jumpsuits in a neutral color: navy, black or white = longevity! 3) It has to be a little different than the others in my closet!

I found this great jumpsuit on tobi.com. I loved it immediately because it not only had pockets, but it was navy too! And as a total surprise and bonus...this strapless jumpsuit comes with straps! So, you can wear it two different ways. I kept the accessories simple and in the blue color scheme. Shoes: Malone Souliers,  handbag: Rebecca Minkoff (great price point!) and earrings: Gorjana.

One Dress - 3 different ways!

How many times have you bought a dress for a certain occasion such as a bridal shower or school function...the list goes on, and you never wear the dress again? What a waste! So, today I chose one dress that works 3 different ways:  WORK, a NIGHT OUT, and on the WEEKEND!

Goodbye to the days of wearing a suit to work. Nowadays, women have so many more options! I fell in love with this Rebecca Taylor dress the second I saw it. It's sophisticated, but fun and girly at the same time.  As a work look, I paired the dress with a low Michael Kors navy espadrille, navy gorjana tassel earrings and a navy August Designs tote!

For a night out, all you have to do is make the accessories a little bit dressier. Swap out the espadrilles for sandals with an acrylic heel, add a gold chain navy August Designs bag and Anthropologie drop earrings!

Finally, the weekend look....I'm loving the wrap up flat sandals this season, especially in the super on-trend blush color! Then add simple stud earrings and a Foley & Corinna crossybody bag and you are set for brunch on Saturday!!
