Alba Boutique Collaboration

I am super excited to partner with Alba, an incredible boutique that recently opened in Morristown! I am so happy to have a new, and fun clothing store in my town. And let’s face it, shopping local is so great - the mall can be so overwhelming and crowded. Alba has three other locations: Summit, Ridgewood, and Hoboken. What I love about Alba is that everything is wearable. From jeans and tees to rompers and amazing accessories, Alba has it all and at great price points too!

When I go shopping I look for pieces that are versatile and will work well with my existing wardrobe. And there is nothing better than taking your look from day to night by just changing your shoes! That’s how I felt about this amazing look from Alba. I’ve always been a fan of monochromatic looks - it makes getting dressed so easy! So, I went with my 2nd favorite color to wear, navy! (black being the first, LOL). These navy waxed jeans are amazing. They have great, stretchy fit and are very flattering. I paired them with a basic white tee and a fuzzy, fur bomber (super cozy). I broke up the navy by adding in a great white bag that can fit everything from your phone to your laptop! This look would work with high top sneakers or the heels I’m wearing! Definitely visit Alba in one of their four locations and on Instagram. I promise you will walk out a very happy and well-dressed customer!

Lauren B. Morristown NJ

What’s better than having a fabulous neighbor? Well, having a fabulous neighbor who owns an awesome women’s boutique in your town! I am so excited to partner again with Lauren B., and bring you 3 gorgeous looks for Fall. What is so amazing about Lauren’s store is that she can dress you for every occasion - whether it’s running to lunch with friends or attending a cocktail party Saturday night. And the beautiful accessories in her store finish every look perfectly!

I had so much fun putting this first look together! It is perfect for a holiday cocktail party! The skirt and blazer are both by Molly Bracken. I decided to use the blazer as a top and tie it with a Streets Ahead belt. Accessories: Abalone clutch by Pinkhouse and silver cuff earrings by Marly Moretti.

The second look screams Fall! I live in cashmere in the Fall and Winter, and this sweater by Madeleine Thompson is a must-have. How fun is the shoulder detail? I paired the sweater with a great, stretchy Cambio pant and fun felt hat by Toucan Collection. Accessories: gorgeous metallic navy tote by Jijou Capri and pearl drop earrings by Zenzii.

The final look mixes two of my favorite things: denim and plaid! How great is this jacket by Amici? I chose this COA gray skirt not only for the easy fit, but also for the fabric. It feels like you are wearing pajamas! I added a pop of color with a OSA fitted turtleneck and M. Liz drop earrings. Final touches: a gorgeous Latico neutral tote and stacked leather bracelets by Hannah Wallmark.

Lauren B. in Morristown

I am so excited to collaborate with my friend, neighbor, and owner of Lauren B. Boutique in Morristown! After living in NYC for 8 years, I was excited to move to a town that was urban and had everything a girl needed! As a wife and mom of three, convenience is everything! And I love the fact that I can walk into town and head to Lauren B. and find anything from a cute dress or jeans to the perfect handbag and necklace! For my blog today, I am including three looks, to showcase how there is something for everyone at this super cute boutique. And, if you're lucky, you may get to meet Lauren's sweet pup, KoKo while you are shopping! Lauren B. : 55 South Street, Morristown, 973.656.9599

Stripes are as popular as Florals this Spring, so you can understand why I immediately fell in love with these Eva Franco Regatta pants (in Brooklyn Stripe - $198)! I love the side tie and that they can be dressed up or down! I chose this Simple Only Hearts navy blue top ($68) because of how soft it is (crazy soft!), and the fit was perfect with the flowy pants. Accessories: Sondra Roberts tote in red (sophisticated and versatile) and Veronica Beard heels. This look screams Summer and 4th of July!!

Who doesn't love a simple fitted dress and blazer? This look can be worn to lunch with your girlfriends or out on Saturday night! I love neutral colors, so I immediately grabbed the Astars tee shirt tank dress (in taupe - $150) and the Lisette - L white 3/4 scrunch sleeved blazer ($258) complimented the dress perfectly! I decided to keep the whole look neutral tones, so I added a great Pretty Persuasions vegan clutch (only $46!) and Veronica Beard heels. This is the kind of basic look that will be on repeat!

Colored denim has been a consistent trend over the past few years! It seems to be sticking around...LOL. However, I was very happy to find a more "subtle" colored denim at Lauren B. The Jag Carter crop knit denim are perfect in color "beach glass", and have a great stretch to them too ($84). I loved the Tempo Paris white drape top ($75), because I knew I would not only wear it with these jeans, but with so many other pieces in my wardrobe. Everyone knows how obsessed I am with leather jackets, so I was so excited to find this Lilla P. Moto Jacket (in marble slub terry - $188). It's a great "leather" alternative for warmer weather. Accessories: Street Level silver clutch with fringe zipper ($46) and white kitten heel sandals.. This last look is a perfect transition outfit from Winter to Spring...and it seems like Spring has finally sprung!!

Top 3 Fall Leather Jackets & JORD Watches

This Fall I am looking to pair the best leather jackets with great accessories! There is nothing better than an oversized men's watch on a lady! I have collected many over the years and recently found a super cool brand called JORD. These watches are beautifully handcrafted pieces made out of several different types of wood. They are gorgeous!! So stay on time and look cool doing so, by entering a contest to win one of JORD'S beautiful watches! (contest ends September 10, 2017) My JORD watch is timeless (pun intended!), because it is simple and sophisticated. It literally works with my entire wardrobe! In this blog, I paired my JORD watch with my top 3 fave leather jackets for Fall! Trust me, you will want all 3 jackets and you will have a hard time choosing one JORD watch - they are all so great!

Blush pink is such a hot color right now! I found this super cute faux leather jacket at Zara. I loved the ruffle sleeve detail and the fact that it was only $29.99 (also available in black)! This burgundy suede Blank NYC jacket is a great piece for Fall and early Winter! I love the color and the price - (only $198 and also available in other colors). Finally, a black Mackage moto jacket from Aritzia. This one is a no-brainer. Though a bit pricier ($595), everyone needs a black leather jacket in their closet. It's a MUST!
