Sometimes I just like to blend in....

I am all about monochromatic looks. Honestly, when you are in a pinch and have no time to think about what to wear - just wear one color head to toe! It's simple and chic...and easy! Oh, and for that pop of color...accessories!

Army green is such a big color for Fall, so I decided that was my color of choice! Sometimes I feel like blending into the woodwork! LOL.  I love these Joie cargo pants from Bloomingdales - such a great fit. I have been looking for a camo jacket for a while now. I wanted one that was light weight and could be worn as a jacket or as a top! This camo jacket from Nordstrom fit the bill. And for accessories - my fave Michael Kors cheetah slides, an adorable Kate Spade burgundy bag, and my new name necklace from Summer Love Designs!

Fur Bomber

I guess I'm on a faux fur kick?? LOL. I recently came across a new clothing site called SCATTO, and I immediately fell in LOVE with their Sara Fur Bomber! It is the cutest thing ever. Great color, super soft, and versatile. Oh, and did I mention that it's only $88??? You have to go online right now and check out their stuff. You won't be disappointed!

It is finally feeling like Fall in the Northeast and this fur bomber is perfect for layering! I love that the trim of the coat is navy. I found this super cute navy and white cashmere sweater at Bloomingdales and I love the little bunny on the front - so cute (and on sale!). I also found a great pair of AG jeans at Bloomingdales (on sale too) with a super cool cuff.  Now, I have never been afraid of mixing black and navy - so for accessories I chose black suede Sam Edelman pumps and the cutest Ted Baker bag! And last, but not least, my new name necklace courtesy of Summer Love Designs.

Floral Dress - Two Ways!

I have been searching for the perfect floral dress for a while now. I wanted the dress to be versatile -- to be able to wear it both during the day and evening. I finally found it!!  AND, I have been dying to try out the "white bootie trend" and this dress was perfect for it. Oh, and I met the nicest guy that runs the Colonial Grill food truck in Morristown. You have to order the french fries!

This gorgeous dress from is from Nordstrom and truly is beyond flattering and comfortable. I searched high and low for the perfect white bootie and fell in love with this block heel version. Matched the bootie with my fave Rebecca Minkoff clutch

I quickly (and easily) changed this day look to evening with a handbag and shoe change!

Faux Fur Fabulous!

Winter is coming...there is no denying it! LOL. It's coming fairly soon and we need to be prepared with a cozy and warm faux fur coat!

Playa Bowl_0380.jpg

This amazing faux fur is from Zara and only $90! What a steal! I fell in love with this tie waist top from Madewell. I usually don't wear green, but I just couldn't resist the print! Still loving my Levi's "wedgie fit" jean, suede pumps, and Chanel bag from the RealReal (similar style). Happy Shopping!

How to make a LBD stand out in the crowd!

This weekend I have an event to go to in NYC and I had only a little bit of time to find something to wear. I am sure you all can relate! I immediately thought of black, because you truly can't go wrong with a black dress. It's simple, classic and sophisticated. BUT, how do you make a LBD standout among all the other LBD's in the crowd? Well, you add a little bit of lace, some knockout accessories, and gorgeous hair and makeup (courtesy of Blowout Morristown)!

I found this BCBG dress at Bloomingdales (on sale)! I immediately fell in love with the lace details, cinched waist, and pockets! To add a subtle flair, I grabbed super cool ombre heels, a Carrie Dunham clutch (similar style), and Banana Republic earrings (similar style). This LBD will definitely standout, I promise!
